Even though MPC utilizes some of the latest technologies for deburring and cleaning, there are some items that just need the extra care and quality necessary to work properly in there applications.

Microscopic Deburring and Ultra-Sonic Cleaning are services offered by MPC and incorporated in many of the more exacting products we produce. With the craftmanship of a Watchmaker, the knowledge of a machinist, and the skill of a surgeon, our Finishing Team members go through a rigorous training program to be qualified for this operation.

Using specially designed tools for detail work, High Powered Binocular Microscopes, and Fiber Optic Lighting, we can provide burr free and ultrasonically cleaned components used in many high tech applications including Microwave Components, Glass Sealed Products, Computer Components, and the Medical Industry.
